Would you like to work as a Volunteer in a Non-Governmental Organization?

At Fundación Asha-Kiran, Volunteering is understood as a concerned and generous response. It involves making a stable commitment to the work of the Foundation and devoting part of your time and energy to cooperate selflessly in order to bring our objectives and projects into fruition.

Almost everyone is a Volunteer at Fundación Asha-Kiran. We are plain people, motivated by solidarity, who understand the word 'sharing' as a transforming action that goes beyond self-interest.

Our invitation to you to work as a Volunteer implies that you commit yourself to work on a regular basis for at least six months, so that your labor may grow roots and yield results for those who will benefit from our work - your work.

Fundación Asha-Kiran will draw up a Volunteer Contract and provide accident insurance for you, thus sharing the mission and values of the Foundation and assuming specific responsibilities.

What activities can you take part in as a Volunteer?

If you are available around six hours a week, you can Volunteer in the Projects of any of the departments which constitute Fundación Asha-Kiran.

We conduct very diverse activities, such as executing and following up projects, distributing publicity and sensitizing the public at large, secretarial and managerial work, fund raising, fund-raising cultural events, graphic design, computing, etc.

Spanish-English / Spanish-Catalan / Spanish-Basque text translations
Project implementation
Support in the IT department
Support in the fund-raising department
Support in organizing and managing cultural events nationwide
Support in secretarial and managerial work
Graphic design
Text-writing
